Reservations & Cancellations

We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed.

A Gift Certificate number or major credit card number is required to secure the reservation of a spa package, treatments of 2 hours or more and Massage Therapy.



Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for packages). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours for packages) or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Gift Certificates are available for all services, packages and dollar amounts. Gift Certificates are transferable and may be exchanged for other services or products. They may also be redeemed over multiple visits.

Phone or email orders are gladly accepted. We will have your order wrapped and ready for pick-up or ask us about our mail and courier service. Instant gift certificates are also available through our website.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the spa. Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving treatments themselves.
